Includes testimonials from physicians of royalty, David Belasco, famed authors, and high-ranking politicians. These inclusions, coupled with the nicer paper stock and type design, point to a higher grade of customer being marketed to by the pharmaceutical company. Interesting to think of good medicine as something that has traditionally been (or perhaps still is?) accessible mainly to the elite of society only. Single vol.
