Los Angeles & Santa Barbara: Black Sparrow Press, 1977. First edition thus, trade editions, mixed printings. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. Unpaginated. Five octavo volumes [23 cm] bound in full cloth (each in a different material and color) with printed paper labels pasted to the front boards. Some very light dusting or occasional minor staining on the text block edges, else these volumes are clean and sharp. In the original acetate dust jackets which show a bit of shelfwear and a couple spots of cracking or chipping at the very head and tail of the spines. From the library of a noted Pacific Northwest poet and collector, with her ownership inscription on the front free endpaper.

Although this is the unsigned edition of this set, issue #8 (in the first volume, "After The War: A Long Novel With Few Words") is signed by the author, David Antin, on its title page.

Proprieter Ken Sanders has been buying, selling and collecting books since childhood. He co-owned and ran the legendary Cosmic Aeroplane Bookstore in the 1970s and founded Dream Garden Press, our in-house publishing company, in 1980.
