This pamphlet promotes travel via the Colorado & Southern Railroad and the "Peak to Peak'' auto road with directions, timetables and a map. There are advertisements for lodges, ranches and businesses for towns along the route including Foxton, Estabrook, Bailey, Glen Isle, Shawnee, Singleton, Cassells, Fairplay, Dawson and Grant.
